Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business initiatives for a global brand owner relationship in personal care. The role involves managing direct accounts, developing annual sales plans, and partnering with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

You will work with multiple stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and may engage in global negotiations or projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolios and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales/marketing strategy.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
