Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to drive regional and cross-business initiatives for a key global brand owner relationship in personal care. The role includes managing multiple accounts, developing annual sales plans, and collaborating with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

The position requires strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while delivering growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and cross-business accounts; prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships and negotiations.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to deliver value and volume.
• Leverage market intelligence to shape plans and opportunities.
• Collaborate with functions to improve CX and drive growth.
• Mentor junior employees and lead cross-functional projects.
