Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business relationships for a global personal care brand. You will build and execute annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and uncover opportunities while collaborating with TS&D and Marketing to grow the pipeline.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive negotiations and price changes. Travel may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio — prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
