Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional/global brand owner relationships in personal care, managing direct accounts and delivering annual sales plans. You will coordinate with TS&D and Marketing to explore opportunities and build a robust pipeline, while guiding cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and expertise in CRM and pricing. Travel may be required; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to deliver value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX.
• Use CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth through cross-business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
