Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional/global brand-owner relationships, manage direct accounts, and lead sales plans. You will collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline and drive growth across multiple East Coast locations and beyond.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, with travel as needed and a focus on delivering customer value and cross-business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence at/above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to deliver value and volume.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
