Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; U.S. work eligibility required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and cross-business accounts and develop annual sales plans.
• Lead customer relationships and negotiations to drive value and volume.
• Collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Use CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level to track opportunities.
• Mentor junior staff and deliver cross-functional initiatives.
