Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business account management for a key global brand in the personal care sector. The role spans multiple U.S.

locations, with potential global negotiation scope, requiring a strategic sales plan champion and strong collaboration with TS&D and Marketing. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor junior employees, and drive growth through value and volume opportunities while leveraging CRM and pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work eligibility required; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and cross-business accounts for a key global brand owner relationship in personal care.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans; build pipeline with TS&D and Marketing.
• Lead cross-functional teams and negotiate price changes; collaborate with stakeholders to improve CX.
