You will develop and execute annual sales plans, collaborate with TS&D and Marketing, and build a robust pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

This role requires coordinating multiple stakeholders, leading cross‑functional teams, and negotiating pricing while guiding growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military rank (US E5 / Canadian).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross‑business opportunities.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
