Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand in personal care. You will manage direct accounts, develop annual sales plans, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust opportunity pipeline and coordinate cross-functional teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of experience, and US work authorization. Travel may be required; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth with cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
