Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in the personal care space. The role involves developing sales plans, leveraging Dow’s portfolio, and collaborating with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline while leading cross-functional teams.

The position supports multiple U.S. locations (Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA) and virtual East Coast opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence (U.S. E5 or Canadian rank) or higher.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to deliver value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth, including cross-business opportunities.
• Balance short- and long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
