You will manage direct accounts, develop annual sales plans, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline while guiding cross‑functional teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent; minimum seven years of relevant experience.
• Legal work authorization in the United States only; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan to deliver value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross‑business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long term trade offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior staff.
