Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Manager for Dow Consumer Solutions to manage regional accounts and cross‑business relationships focused on a key global brand owner in personal care.

Locations include Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA; or virtual on the East Coast. You will develop and execute the annual sales plan, leverage Dow’s portfolio, uncover opportunities, and work with TS&D and Marketing to build a pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in customer management or sales roles.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX.
• Use CRM and pricing tools at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross‑business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior staff.
