Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business efforts for a global brand owner relationship in personal care. You will drive annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust opportunity pipeline. The role requires managing multiple stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and possibly global negotiations.

Travel may be required; relocation not offered. Multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
