Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional/global brand-owner relationships in personal care. Location options include midland MI, Houston TX, Collegeville PA, Marietta GA, or remote East Coast.

The role involves developing annual sales plans, understanding Dow’s portfolio, uncovering opportunities, and collaborating with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline. Expect cross-functional leadership and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military rank (U.S. E5/Canada PO2 or Sgt)
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and cross-business accounts.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Leverage CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
