Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. The role may be located at Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA; or remotely on the East Coast, with opportunities to engage in global negotiations.

You will develop and execute annual sales plans, understand Dow’s portfolio, build a strong pipeline with TS&D and Marketing, and lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and prepare/implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Communicate long- vs. short-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
