Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in personal care. Location options include Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA; and East Coast remote.

You will develop annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline. Stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership are core to the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent at/above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Gather market intelligence to shape plans and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Drive growth across and within business units.
• Articulate short- and long-term trade offs for win solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior employees.
