Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. The role can be located at Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA; or virtually on the East Coast.

You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, build a sales pipeline with TS&D and Marketing, and lead cross-functional teams across functions to drive growth and improved CX.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

• Prepare and implement account plans to manage the portfolio.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.

• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth through cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short- vs long-term trade-offs for win-win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
