Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional, cross-business brand-owner relationships in personal care. Location options include Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA; or remote on the East Coast.

You will develop and execute annual sales plans, understand Dow’s portfolio to identify opportunities, and work with TS&D and Marketing to build a pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities while leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at or above E5/PO2 or Sergeant.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans for value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with functions to improve CX.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and pricing tools at expert level.
• Deliver growth and cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior staff.
