Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in personal care. Locations include Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA; or remote on the East Coast.

You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and work with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline. Expect leadership of cross-functional teams and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent (US E5 or Canadian rank equivalence).
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
