Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. The role can be located at Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA; or virtually on the East Coast.

You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, understand Dow’s portfolio to enable opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline while managing diverse stakeholders and leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military rank or higher.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in personal care.
• Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans to deliver value and volume.
• Lead negotiations and price changes with stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Coach and mentor junior employees and lead cross-functional teams.
