Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business efforts for a key global brand owner relationship, with responsibilities across direct accounts and a robust sales pipeline.

You will coordinate with TS&D and Marketing to optimize opportunities, manage multiple stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams. The role may involve global negotiations while primarily regional in scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan with value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short- vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
