Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional account management for a key global brand owner relationship in personal care. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, align Dow’s portfolio with customer needs, and drive opportunities with cross-functional teams across multiple locations in the United States.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and relationship-building skills to deliver value and growth while navigating cross-company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian ranking.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional and cross-business accounts and develop annual sales plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to deliver value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape strategies.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT, and pricing tools at an expert level.
• Mentor and coach junior staff.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities across the organization.
