Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business accounts for a key global brand owner. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, understand Dow’s portfolio, uncover opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and negotiating pricing while driving growth and delivering superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent at or above a U.S. E5 / Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio – prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plan.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
