Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. The role involves managing multiple accounts, developing annual sales plans, and collaborating with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

You will lead stakeholder teams, drive price negotiations, and deliver strategic growth with a focus on long-term partnerships across locations including Midland, Houston, Collegeville,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and price changes with customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short- and long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
