Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand owner in personal care. Locations include Midland, MI; Houston, TX; Collegeville, PA; Marietta, GA; or remote East Coast.

You will develop and deliver the annual sales plan, explore Dow’s portfolio to uncover opportunities, and work with TS&D and Marketing to build a pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities while guiding

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
Collaborate with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
Understand short vs long term trade offs and is able to articulate them for win solutions.
Coach and mentor junior employees.
