Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-business relationships for a key global brand in personal care. You will develop and deliver the annual sales plan, leverage the portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

Based in Midland, MI or other listed locations, you will manage stakeholder relationships, negotiate pricing, drive growth, and balance short- and long-term trade-offs. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at or above US E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Explain short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
