Responsibilities

• Lead technical validations and translate customer requirements into architectures.
• Onboard and guide customers through deployment and onboarding blueprints.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, risk and expansion strategies.
• Act as trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-driven workflows to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Partner with Enablement to publish SOPs, guides and best practices.
