Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Customer Engineer in Dubai, UAE. You will bridge technical strategy and business value, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment architecture, and ongoing expansion.

You will operate as a quota-carrying technologist within the GTM team, using AI-augmented workflows to reduce administrative work while delivering high-value architectural designs.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Turkish and/or Arabic (written and spoken).
• Architectural mind-set: white-board, design, articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures.
• Consultative & advisory skills: translate technical concepts into business outcomes for engineers and executives.
• Commercial mindset: quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with SaaS metrics understanding.

Responsibilities

• Technical validation: lead deep-dive discovery, map customer infrastructure to company architectures, define evaluation plans.
• Customer adoption & value realization: oversee onboarding, design migration blueprints, monitor health telemetry.
• Commercial accountability: drive new business and expansion, own quarterly business reviews with executives.
• Trusted advisory: maintain relationships across onboarding to renewal, advise on architecture and security posture.
• AI orchestration: leverage AI agents and LLMs to automate routine tasks and document processes.
• Education & enablement: design technical resources, SOPs, and guides for teams and customers.
