• Carry a variable quota; drive expansion and QBRs translating platform capabilities to ROI.
• Act as trusted advisor on architecture, AI control layers, security posture, and deployment confidence.
• Automate routine tasks using AI agents and workflows to reclaim time for strategic customer advisory.
• Educate internal teams and customers on SOPs, architectural best practices, and technical guides.
