• Oversee onboarding, deployment guidance, and ensure successful adoption and expansion.
• Carry a variable quota for new business and ongoing account growth; lead QBRs with executives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on architecture, AI controls, security posture, and deployment confidence.
• Leverage AI-driven workflows to automate routine tasks and improve engineering efficiency.
