Job summary

Cloudflare in United States, New York, NY is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for the North East region. The CE represents the core driver of our technical GTM strategy, owning the technical relationship from discovery through adoption and expansion.

You will work within the GTM org, operate as a quota-carrying technologist, and use AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin tasks so you can focus on architectural design and measurable business outcomes across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to own the technical relationship from discovery through expansion.
• Strong communication with C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Technical discovery with Account Executives to build bespoke architectures and demos.
• Oversee onboarding, implementation, and ongoing customer health and expansion.
• Own QBRs and translate platform value into business outcomes for executives.
• Serve as trusted advisor throughout onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks.
• Maintain broad technical expertise across web security, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Exhibit strong stakeholder management and communication to bridge tech and business.
