Cloudflare seeks a Senior Customer Engineer in Detroit, MI to lead the technical go-to-market for major accounts. You will bridge technical strategy with business value, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through deployment and expansion, all while leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce administrative toil.

The role requires deep architectural thinking, strong communication with executives and engineers, and a quota-carrying mindset to drive ongoing account growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role and ability to translate technical concepts for business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives and technical teams.
• Experience operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment and SaaS metrics understanding.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical discovery and design, mapping customer needs to Cloudflare architectures and PoCs.
• Guide onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion with enterprise customers.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, risk, and expansion strategy with account executives.
• Act as trusted advisor shaping architecture and deployment confidence across the customer journey.
