Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
- Broad technical expertise across web security, networking, cloud infra, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong commercial sense with ability to translate product value to business impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to bridge technical and C-suite audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and build bespoke architectures for customers.
- Own onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy with account executives.
- Manage quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities into business ROI.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
