• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment with SaaS metrics understanding.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills bridging technical details and C-suite strategy.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical discovery with Account Executives and build architectures and PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
• Oversee onboarding and adoption as the primary technical contact, driving health, risk and expansion plans.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business and account growth, leading QBRs with executives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on strategic advisory.
