Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer).
• Broad technical acumen across web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in quota-bearing or revenue-aligned roles with SaaS metrics and value translation.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management to bridge technical details and C-suite strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and demonstrate products with PoCs across the portfolio.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation, acting as the primary engineering contact for the customer while coordinating with Account Executives.
• Drive quarterly business reviews to translate platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Maintain a trusted advisory relationship across the customer lifecycle and expansion opportunities.
