Job summary

Cloudflare is hiring a Customer Engineer in Nashville to drive technical go-to-market with enterprise customers. You will own the technical relationship from discovery through adoption and expansion, acting as a quota-carrying technologist who leverages AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin toil.

You will map business problems to Cloudflare offerings, build executive relationships, and lead demos, PoCs, and architectural discussions to deliver measurable business outcomes across the customer

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Eng/Sales Eng/Forward Deployed Engineer).
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise arch.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map customer initiatives to Cloudflare solutions.
• Build relationships and technical champions within accounts.
• Develop and present customer presentations at Enterprise level.
• Lead demos and PoCs for Cloudflare prospects and customers.
• Create technical content and share knowledge with peers.
• Represent Cloudflare at events with thought leadership.
