Job summary

You will collaborate with Account Executives, run demos, support onboarding, monitor health metrics, and steer expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Broad technical expertise in web security, networking, cloud infra, and enterprise architecture.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical discovery with Account Executives and deliver demos/PoCs across security, networking and developer platforms.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation; own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, risk, and expansion strategy.
• Lead quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Act as trusted advisor throughout onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on advisory.
