Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
- Strong technical breadth across web security, networking, cloud infra and enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures and demos across Security, Networking and Developer Platforms.
- Oversee onboarding, technical health, risk and expansion strategy with Account Executives.
- Drive quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
- Act as trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
