Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for Pittsburgh to drive technical engagement with major accounts, from discovery to long-term adoption, using AI-augmented workflows to reduce toil and accelerate value.

You will partner with Account Executives on discovery, demos, onboarding, health, and expansion, owning technical relationships and leading QBRs to translate platform capabilities into business outcomes for C-level executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role with enterprise customers.
• Broad technical knowledge across web security, networking, cloud infra.
• Proven ability to translate technology into business value in SaaS.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Technical validation with discovery, bespoke architectures and PoCs.
• Lead onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy.
• Own quarterly business reviews translating platform value to ROI.
• Act as trusted advisor through the customer lifecycle with AI-enabled workflows.
