Job summary

Cloudflare in Minneapolis is seeking a Customer Engineer to own the technical relationship from discovery through long-term adoption and expansion. You will operate as a quota-carrying technologist, using AI-augmented workflows to reduce toil and focus on architectural design and measurable business outcomes across the customer journey.

Sitting within the GTM organization, you will partner with Account Executives to drive discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health and expansion strategy,

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Strong technical acumen across web security, networking, cloud infrastructure and enterprise architecture.
• Proven quota-carrying or revenue-aligned experience and ability to translate value for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures and demos across Cloudflare portfolios.
• Own onboarding, technical health, risk and expansion strategy with account executives.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business and ongoing account growth; run QBRs.
