Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Broad technical expertise across web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and modern developer platforms.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments with SaaS metrics.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills bridging technical details and C-suite strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with Account Executives and design bespoke architectures and PoCs.
• Oversee technical onboarding, health, risk, and expansion strategy with customers.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, and ensure time-to-value through telemetry monitoring.
• Lead quarterly business reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle including renewal and expansion.
