Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer, Named for Charlotte, NC. You will drive technical relationships from discovery through adoption and expansion, partnering with Account Executives to ensure business value and strong customer outcomes.

You will operate as a quota-carrying technologist, leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin toil and focus on architectural design and measurable impact across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical expertise across web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, enterprise architecture and developer platforms.
• Proven ability to translate product value to C-level executives and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and demonstrate Cloudflare solutions across Security, Networking and Developer Platforms.
• Own onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy with Account Executives.
