Enterprise Mobility is looking for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) at their Bend, OR branch. This full-time position pays $18.50 per hour and requires a high school diploma or equivalent along with customer service experience.

The CAR Sr will engage with customers both in-person and over the phone, provide high-quality service, manage calls, and handle rental processes. A valid driver's license is necessary for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls and provide information and resolution for customers.
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivables.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly manner.
