Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to provide a high level of customer service through face-to-face interaction at home city branches or airport locations. The role supports internal and external customers and requires strong communication and administrative skills.

The position pays $19.05 per hour and is located at 1321 Broadway Highland, IL 62249. Benefits include PTO, employee discounts, retirement savings and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls and reservations, provide rate quotes and information to customers and branches.
• Meet and greet customers in person and assist with rental processes.
• Process returns, check-ins and related administrative tasks; handle billing support as needed.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and services and upsell optional products when appropriate.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure safety and compliance during interactions.
