Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) in Lakeport, CA. You will deliver a high level of customer service, handling reservations, inquiries, and rental needs both in person and by phone. This role requires a valid driver’s license and US work authorization.

The position advertises a starting pay of $19 per hour, with schedule Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, in a full-time capacity at a Lakeport branch. Training and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls - reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers and branches.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Provide high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing rental needs in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner; provide directions and general assistance.
• Assist to assess vehicle condition upon return; process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
