Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr at Enterprise San Jose Airport to provide high-level service to customers in person and by phone, supporting branch and rental needs.

The role requires excellent communication, cash handling and administrative tasks, with shifts 6:00 AM–11:00 PM and 40 hours per week. Benefits include PTO, employee discount, retirement plan, health coverage, life insurance, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some college preferred.
• Minimum 6 months prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship expected now or in the future.
• Must be available to work varying shifts 6:00 AM–11:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, quotes, questions; provide information and resolution to customers and vendors.
• Manage outgoing calls for callbacks and related tasks
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone; meet/ greet customers
• Process returns, check-ins and exit transactions; assist in directing customers as needed
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and services; upsell protection products and add-ons
• Assist in vehicle condition checks and maintenance notifications; some administrative tasks and basic accounting support.
