Qualifications

• Extensive cash handling and teller experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures.

• Take initiative, exercise sound judgment and resolve problems.

• Flexibility to adjust scheduling as required.
• Acts as a resource for customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deepen relationships with customers and guide needs to relevant partners.
• Provide timely follow-up to questions and issues.
• Be responsive and clear in all correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Follow Bank policies and code of conduct at all times.
• Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager for monthly cash counts.
• Gather and report monthly FCA requests with the team.
• Perform daily office tasks to support branch operations.
• Maintain balancing records and correct outages.
• Assist in training new Customer Service Representatives.
