Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Sr. Trainer, CSO Enablement to design and deliver practical, scalable training for our Customer Success organization during rapid growth.

You will partner with Revenue leadership, Partner Marketing, and Enablement teams to craft onboarding, Upskill and Continuing Education programs, while ensuring content accuracy and learner-focused experiences across sessions and e-learning modules. This hands-on role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in teaching, training, or a closely related field.
• BA degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• SaaS understanding and customer lifecycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate onboarding, upskill, and continuing education for Customer Success teams.
• Maintain working knowledge across multiple functions to deliver complex training.
• Prepare advanced learners with content leveraging adult learning principles.
• Evaluate trainee performance with clear criteria and robust assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement of training content and materials.
