Job summary

Scorpion Enterprises, LLC seeks a Senior Training Specialist to own onboarding and ongoing enablement for Customer Success teams. You will design curricula, deliver engaging sessions, and align programs with digital marketing tools and client expectations.

You’ll partner with leaders to identify gaps, track outcomes, and continuously improve programs across SEO, paid media, social, and content channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in Enablement, Training, or Customer Success for SaaS or digital marketing.
• Experience with ADDIE or other instructional design methods.
• Using feedback and metrics to improve training effectiveness.
• Familiarity with LMS/enablement platforms and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing skills training for customer-facing roles.
• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences.
• Build curricula, facilitator guides, and assessments for Scorpion tools and channels.
• Collaborate with Success leaders to identify learning needs and measure impact.
• Own LMS curricula structure, scheduling, and completion tracking.
• Maintain enablement content library and partner with cross-functional teams.
