Job summary

Scorpion is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing enablement for Customer Success teams. You will manage training across Scorpion's platform suite, client communication standards, and core digital marketing concepts, partnering with leaders to close performance gaps.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvement, scalable content, and cross-functional collaboration. Internal candidates are prioritized, with flexible in-person and virtual delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enablement, Training, Account Management, Customer Success, Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience with adult learning principles (ADDIE) and instructional design.
• Experience using learner feedback, assessments and performance metrics to improve programs.
• Strong knowledge of LMS/enablement platforms, Zoom, Google Workspace and MS Office 365; CRM experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and skills-training for customer-facing roles.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual learning experiences.
• Develop curricula, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, and enablement resources.
• Assess learning needs with CS leadership and SMEs and recommend solutions.
• Own LMS paths: structure, scheduling, enrollment, completion tracking, assessments.
• Analyze feedback and performance data to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Maintain enablement content library and create scalable resources.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Directors, and cross-functional teams to reflect evolving tools and processes.
• Mentor other facilitators and share best practices.
